Documents Required to be Translated in German Foreign Borrowing
Turkish people who work in Germany can get a pension from our country by certifying their working periods and unemployment periods for up to one year. In order to do so, it should be requested to SSI with the Request for Foreign Service Borrowing. It is necessary to apply to SSI with the translation of the documents showing the working period together with the identity card and the passport of the old years.
- Original and certified Turkish translation of the service schedule (Rentenversicherungsverlauf der Deutschen Rentenversicherung) to be obtained from the German insurance within the last month,
- Original and certified Turkish translation of Tax Registration Document (Gewerbe),
- ‘’Working and Residence Certificate’’ obtained from the Work Attaché,
- Original and certified Turkish translation of the Residence Certificate to be received from the relevant Municipality showing all the residence addresses.
- Original and Turkish translation of the written document from the Employment Agency (Arbeitsamt) stating that you are not working, that you are not receiving unemployment benefit or residence-based social assistance.
