Where to Get a Birth Certificate?

If you are not abroad, an international multilingual birth certificate Formula A is obtained from the provincial registry office or district registry office or if you are abroad,  it is obtained from the consulate.
Do not forget to get an appointment from the consulate by telephone before going to the consulate if a birth certificate is to be obtained from the consulate.

If a person whose birth certificate is to be obtained is older than 18 years old, do not forget to apply in person or authorize someone by proxy. It can be taken by the parents if the person is under 18 years old.
It contains 3 languages on the Formula A Multilingual document, which is Multilingual. If the language of the country of origin of Formula A is not included in the certificate, the Yakamoz Ankara Translation office will translate it carefully for you.
